Shipping Origins

Order Processing & Dispatch

• An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after checkout.
• Processing begins within 3 hours and typically takes 3–5 business days.
• During peak periods or unexpected delays, processing may extend by an additional 2–4 business days.
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (please allow up to 6 hours for the tracking information to update).
• Some orders may be divided into multiple shipments. Each package will have its own tracking details.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery within the U.S. (excluding non-contiguous states) is usually 14–21 business days via USPS.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier performance.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Size or color exchanges may be requested within 14 days for non-defective items.
• Cancellations: May be requested within 6 hours of placing your order.
